Let us customize our already in-stock laid back blank hats with your branding, for customers and / or employees.
What's the minimum?
Minimums start at only 100 hats per design. The price shown includes the cost of the blank hat.
What's turnaround like? What happens after I pay?
Once you pay and we receive hat details plus your e-mailed finalized vector artwork, we'll send you a digital proof for final approval and once we have that, we'll get you on our production schedule. Turnaround for embroidery is typically 2 weeks. If you decide to add a patch, please add an additional 2 weeks to the lead time.
What colors and styles are available?

Yes, you can split the order into two different blank hat styles and/or colors, however, design and design colors must be the same on all hats.
Is it possible to do less than the 75 pcs minimum?
For any orders under 100 pcs, we highly recommend ordering our blanks via Wholesale and having them decorated by a local embroiderer or screenprinter. We can have our blanks shipped directly to them and in most cases, their minimums start at 12-24 pcs. We also have embroiderers that we vetted out and recommend such as: Windmill City, FSG Prints, and New Duds.
Can I just order a sample of a custom hat?
If you want to see a blank sample, especially of a specific color, fabric, or style, we recommend purchasing whatever you're exactly trying to see here.
You can now order 1 custom sample HERE before you make a bulk order with us. It is $200 for the sample. If you end up placing a 150+ hat order with us, we'll deduct the cost of this sample from your order.
How do I get started?
Please fill out the form above and complete payment to begin the customization process. Once submitted, please e-mail us vector artwork, to size, if you haven't already uploaded it above, so that we can get you a digital mock and get you on our schedule.
What are specs for artwork?
The artwork should be to the size you'd like it made on your hat. Our max embroidery size is 2.5" x 5". We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Do not send us flat images just saved as .ai, .eps, etc. they need to be actually vectors :)
Please make sure to outline your text -
- - Select the type that you want to convert into outlines. Once this is selected scroll over to the “Type” drop down at the top of your screen.
- - Select “Create Outlines” from the drop down.
We always recommend taking out a hat and a tape measure to figure out what logo size works best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it on the front panels of a hat to give you an idea.
