Outside Sales Representative (B2B Apparel & Decorating)
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with experience in the blank apparel, screen printing, decorating, and embroidery industry to support and grow our B2B sales efforts.
In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers. You will meet with leads, present product samples, and guide clients through the sales process from prospecting to close.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, brand, target markets, and ideal B2B customers

Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals

Meet with incoming leads and existing clients to present samples and discuss project needs

Manage accounts to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business

Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to achieve sales goals

Track pipeline activity and maintain organized records of outreach and accounts
Qualifications & Skills

1–2+ years of sales experience required

Experience in wholesale fashion, branded apparel, or promotional products preferred (not required)

Comfortable using Google Sheets, email, social media, and LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation

Familiar with project management and communication tools (Slack experience is a plus)

Highly organized, self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation
