Do you offer embroidery?
No, we are currently only offering immediates: wholesale blank hats. We recommend buying these and supporting your local embroidery or screenprinter!
If you're looking to do a full custom hat, please get in touch or use the "custom" pages on our site to order as we are still offering that service.

Our minimum starts at 24 pcs total.
What if we can't meet your Full Custom Hat minimum?
Sorry, we cannot take on any custom jobs under our 150 hat per design minimum. We have taken considerations for time and various resources including fabric as we do our best to minimize waste. We do allow you to split an order 50/50 with a different fabric color provided that all design details such as artwork, hat structure, thread colors, etc are the same.
If you cannot meet our minimum order, we highly suggest using one of our Immediate Supply hats. We do offer wholesale pricing starting at 24 hats.
Can I orders samples?
Yes, we would love for you to see what you're getting into before placing an Immediate or Full Custom order with us.
Simply order retail via our shop so you can get a feel for the fit and quality of the exact hat you are looking for!
Please note these will not be blank hats nor ones with your logo / designs on them. The hat samples you will receive will be decorated with an assortment of logos, patches, etc. that we have previously made.
If you want to see a specific style, we recommend purchasing the exact hat you’re looking for at retail.
Is shipping free?
We are currently only offering Free Shipping to our US retail customers that spend $29+. Please note that wholesale and custom orders do not qualify.
How do I return or exchange my hat?
Weld Mfg will exchange or provide full refunds on all non-clearance / non-custom received within 15 days of your package's dispatch from our facilities. Both exchange and return items must appear unworn and unwashed in order to be processed for a refund. If the returned or exchanged product is found to have been used by our inspections department, no refund will be offered. The item can be sent back to you at your expense or destroyed at our warehouse.
With our new return / exchange portal you are able to generate a shipping label at your convenience. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount. If you choose store credit (exchange) then return shipping is free.
