  • For domestic customization, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50. For overseas customization, the MOQ is 150.

  • Custom domestic hats: 2-3 weeks

    Custom overseas hats: 40-45 business days

    Custom socks: 40-45 business days

    Custom sweatshirts: 40-45 business days

  • We are now offering custom hat samples. These samples cost $200.00. The $200.00 will be deducted from your future order of 150 custom hats.

  • No. We can only expedite shipping if you have your own UPS or FedEx shipping account you would like us to ship on.

  • For our domestic custom hats, we offer a one week turnaround for a 50% fee.

  • All of our hats use the same 58 cm mold and are adjustable.

  • You can submit for a return or exchange here. We accept returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of dispatch from our facilities.

    Custom items cannot be returned. Wholesale orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Email us at hello [at] weldmfg.co as quickly as you can to correct any order issues. We will try our best to accommodate your request. However, if your item has already shipped there is nothing we can do.

  • Shipping carriers occasionally will mark packages delivered up to 48 hours prior to delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived within three days after delivery, send an email to hello [at] weldmfg.co.

  • You can sign up for restock notifications on the page for the particular item you would like. We also post restock notifications on our instagram stories.
