Program: Full Custom Hats 

We offer the best custom hats no matter what the build: vintage-inspired workwear hats, dad hats, camper hats, knit beanies, or bucket hats. Choose from various fabric and decoration customization options including embroidery, printing, felt appliqué letters or logos.

What's the minimum? Minimums start at only 150 hats per design for Full Custom.

What's turnaround like? What happens after I pay? Once you pay and we receive hat details plus your e-mailed finalized vector artwork, we'll get you on our schedule. 

Turnaround for our Custom Hat Program typically is 10-15 business days for photos of the one pre-production sample included in your order. Once those photos are approved, it will take approximately 30-45 business days, depending on our schedule, for full production.

What colors are available? *All colors on the drop down menu are available for full custom orders.* 

We make all of our custom hats, from scratch, so everything (colorwise, etc) is available for order regardless if a wholesale blank hat is in-stock or not. This is also why the process takes 30-45 days for full production, it's not as easy as putting embroidery on a blank hat!

Is it possible to do less than the 150 pcs minimum? Can we split the 150 pcs minimum into 2 colors or 2 different hat styles or designs? Sorry, we cannot take on any custom jobs under our 150 hat per design minimum or split into different colors, styles, or designs. We have taken considerations for time and various resources including fabric as we do our best to minimize waste. If you can't meet our full custom minimum, we highly recommend our 'Just Add Embroidery to Blank Hats' program above.

Can I just order a sample of a custom hat? Sorry, we are not offering orders of custom hat samples at this time. If you want to see a sample, especially of a specific color, fabric, or style, we recommend purchasing whatever you're exactly trying to see here. 

How do I get started? Please fill out the form above and complete payment to begin the custom hat manufacturing process. Once submitted, please e-mail us vector artwork, to size, so that we can get you on our schedule.

What are specs for artwork? We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. The artwork should be to the size you'd like it made on your hat. Our max embroidery size is 2.5" x 5". We always recommend taking out a hat and a tape measure to figure out what logo size works best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it on the front panels of a hat to give you an idea.
