Send Us Your Artwork

Once we receive all your art files, either via your order here or e-mail, we’ll get started on your mockup.

Sample Creation

4.

We’ll put together a physical sample and send you a photo to confirm the size and placement of your artwork.

Digital Mockup

We’ll create a digital mockup showing estimated artwork size, colors, and placement on the item.

Sample Approval

5.

Once you approve the sample, we’ll begin full production of your order.

Mockup Approval

You’ll review and approve the mockup. Once approved, we move on to the next step.

Full Production

We'll produce your entire order.

FAQ

Minimums start at 100 socks per design for Full Custom. The design on each sock in the pair must be the same.
Once you pay and we receive sock details—plus an email of your finalized vector artwork—we'll get you on our schedule.
It typically takes 7-10 business days to receive photos of a pre-production sample. Once those photos are approved, it will take approximately 20-25 business days for full production.
You will be able to track the progress of the build of your socks on our Order Lookup Page.
*All colors on the drop down menu are available for full custom orders.*
Unfortunately, we cannot take on any custom jobs under our 100 pcs per design minimum or split into different colors, styles, or designs, as we do our best to minimize waste.
Unfortunately, we are not offering orders of custom sock samples at this time. If you want to see a sample, especially of a specific color, fabric, or style, we recommend purchasing whatever you're exactly trying to see here.

We need vectorized files of your artwork saved as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. Please do not send us flat images just saved as .ai, .eps, etc. – they need to be vectors.
Please make sure to outline your text -
- Select the type that you want to convert into outlines. Once this is selected scroll over to the “Type” drop down at the top of your screen.
- Select “Create Outlines” from the drop down.
We always recommend taking out a pair of similar socks and a tape measure to figure out what logo size works best for your artwork. You could even size it up on your computer, print it out, and lay it on the socks to give you a better idea!
